Experiment content:ATG3080 is used as a high frequency AC source to provide high frequency current at the primary side of the transformer and generate the required DC voltage at the secondary side

Purpose of experimentsolve the problem that a low-voltage ac source can generate multiple non-common ground DC power sources in 100kV high-voltage side

Test equipment:multimeter, oscilloscope, ATG-3080 power signal source

Experimental process

The high voltage isolation transformer of the mains is input, and then ATG-3080 is connected to transform it into high frequency current. The current passes through the high voltage cable into the 25-level transformer. Each level transformer + rectifier device will generate a DC voltage, which can generate up to 25 levels. Adjusting different frequencies and currents can produce different voltages from 0 to 24V.

Result of experiment

Voltage from 0 to 24V takes only 1ms to provide a stable DC voltage

The performance of the power signal source in this experiment

The reason why the power signal source is selected

With 720W power, it can provide up to 25 0-24V DC voltages. The corresponding frequency and voltage can be adjusted according to the requirements of the back-end design circuit, and only one amplifier is required for different situations. Various interfaces allow you to use different connectors for input and output connections based on site requirements. It can be modified according to different load characteristics to meet the output requirements of different situations.
