Content of experiment:
1. Positive and negative dielectrophoresis of cells across frequency test: change the signal source frequency and observe the frequency range in which cells are subjected to positive dielectrophoresis force and the frequency range in which cells are subjected to negative dielectrophoresis force to determine the signal source frequency to be used in the experiment.
2. Multistage separation of particles by dielectric electrophoresis.
3. Multistage cell sorting by dielectrophoresis

Test equipment: microscope, signal generator, high voltage power amplifier (ATA-2042), oscilloscope, micro injection pump
